Inspired by Swedish food tubes, this Scandinavian sandwich and pastry café uses fresh ingredients from a rooftop garden to create a selection of food tubes used as spreads, sauces, and jellies on an array of smörgåsar and smørrebrød. By creating painterly textures and Scandinavian folk art inspired designs and patterns, the customer can have a newfound appreciation for a strange Swedish supermarket item and some of the unique and brilliant Scandinavian culture.
